1 - make sure you got a 1.0 exe. 2 - download asi loader. 3 - download silentpatch. 4 - put both asi loader and silentpatch in the same folder that contains the said exe. 5 - start the game. 6 - we're not sure what happens next, most likely silent take over your pc remotely and use it for bitcoin mining. 3) Went from official controller drivers to XBCD+XBOX360 Controller Emulator. 4) Deleting models/xbox360btns.txd (the game crashed of course) 5) Creating an empty file as models/xbox360btns.txd (the buttons were shown as white squares but the bug still persisted) 6) Downgraded to Vice City 1.0.

I start up my gta vice city and get into a game, and when I move my mouse up and down, the sensitivity is **insanely** huge. The mouse sensitivity slider does not affect the vertical sensitivity, only horizontal. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks,-Terminal edit: I am running a pentium 4 2.8 ghz hyper-threading cpu. Im having trouble with controller sensitivity. On foot, the look around sensitivity is just fine. When i get into a car though, its waay too high, almost unusable. Is this a known issue here, maybe with a fix? Ive looked around the internet but couldn't find this exact problem. More in comment Troubleshooting

If I lower the game sensitivity, it only changes the X-axis, which makes it unplayable. I'm using the CM Storm mouse (that's what it says on the side). if your mouse looks like this one, it is the CM Storm Mizar Laser Gaming Mouse, you can use the Mizar software to customize you DPI setting on you mouse. That's not it.
