Some days I have great hair days, but overall I cannot predict how it will be and have tried so many products and am exhausted. I am seeking a treatment that will help my curls and minimise frizz, but not make me lose my curl pattern. I was wondering what other curly hair people have experienced with the keratin complex.

Keratin treatments contain more moisturizing and conditioning ingredients than Brazilian blowouts. They also have fewer hazardous chemicals (like silicones), which can clog your scalp and weigh down your hair. Keep in mind that this may be different for different brands of each treatment out there.
I have been natural for 5 years and I am thinking about a keratin treatment for my hair. I am 4b and absolutely love my thick strands, but I struggle on wash/ co-wash day. I want to hear from those who have 4a/b hair that have tried a keratin treatment. I would like to know: did you experience any damage? how often do you get the treatments?
I did that, as well as inoar treatment and a hair Botox because I have naturally frizzy hair. For the first couple of months I loved it after inoar and keratin treatments. It became a lot halm-like after that. So unless you can afford getting one every 4 months or so, I recommend that you don’t do it.
Try using a hair oil when your hair is damp or you can do a keratin treatment. My hair is wayy worse than yours and a keratin treatment made my hair look healthy af (too bad it lasted so short, until I washed my hair again). Washing your hair less often can help too, tbh this is what helps the most for me besides the expensive keratin treatment.

I wouldn’t recommend a Keratin treatment because it requires a LOT of heat to seal the Keratin to your hair. Usually 220 degrees Celsius (ghd’s are 180dc btw) and each strand is passed over around 7-10 times. They’re more for hair smoothing than hair repairing.
