I did that, as well as inoar treatment and a hair Botox because I have naturally frizzy hair. For the first couple of months I loved it after inoar and keratin treatments. It became a lot halm-like after that. So unless you can afford getting one every 4 months or so, I recommend that you don’t do it.Try using a hair oil when your hair is damp or you can do a keratin treatment. My hair is wayy worse than yours and a keratin treatment made my hair look healthy af (too bad it lasted so short, until I washed my hair again). Washing your hair less often can help too, tbh this is what helps the most for me besides the expensive keratin treatment.
I wouldn’t recommend a Keratin treatment because it requires a LOT of heat to seal the Keratin to your hair. Usually 220 degrees Celsius (ghd’s are 180dc btw) and each strand is passed over around 7-10 times. They’re more for hair smoothing than hair repairing.
